Search Queries
A query entered in a search box is transmitted to the outside company that operates that tool. The provider processes the terms and supplies its results. Sebastian County Court Docket does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email or direct message may be retained long enough to answer it and maintain the communication. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
Standard technical records may be created when a page loads. They can include the visitor’s IP address, browser and version, device and operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time spent, and visit timestamps.

No Court-Record Data on File
Sebastian County Court Docket does not host, sell, maintain, or compile a database of Sebastian County case records. It publishes general directions to the Sebastian County Circuit Clerk, district courts, and Search ARCourts. Visitor information is not assembled into consumer reports. Court-record access is governed principally by Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19, with the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-101 et seq., applying to records of covered public entities.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies operate the search boxes that appear on some pages. Their own privacy policies, retention periods, prices, and disclosure practices apply to the information entered there. Review the provider’s policy before submitting a query because Sebastian County Court Docket does not control that processing.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Sebastian County Circuit Clerk, Arkansas Judiciary, trial courts, legal-aid resources, advertisers, or outside search services. Once a visitor leaves this website, the destination’s privacy policy controls. Some advertising providers may also use their own systems to measure activity across websites.

Personal information is not sold. It may be available to the search partner that handles a submitted query, analytics and advertising providers supporting site operations, or a government or law-enforcement body acting under a valid legal demand.
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable, commonly used safeguards are applied to information under the site operator’s control. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, uninterrupted access, or prevention of every unauthorized event.
Users Under 18
The website is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. Information identified as belonging to a minor may be removed when the operator becomes aware of it.
Your Data Rights
Rights may vary with the visitor’s location and applicable Arkansas privacy or consumer-protection law. A person may be able to ask what personal data is held, request correction or deletion, and object to certain processing. These rights do not change the separate public-access rules for records held by an Arkansas court or clerk.
